Is this a silkie bantam rooster?

I got 4 straight run silkies from our local farm store. 3 are obviously hens and 1 rooster. He is much bigger than my other bantam rooster and he has some awesome coloring, but looks nothing like a silkie. Any thoughts?

Its a rooster, but its not a Silkie. Very likely a Silkie mix though.
