Is this a silkie rooster? Please help!

These are my three chickens ( Black) Jack possible roo, Baby smallest white and Betty the Rooster whom crows very well. They are all 4 1/2 months old. I cant't tell what the black one is. It has not crowed yet either. Please help any ideas? My pictures are in my profile. Thanks.
