Is this a silver Ameracanu?

She looks very similiar to one, but I think silver females normally have a salmon coloring to their breast and do not have black muffs/beards.

I would think possibly a mix, making what looks to be a pullet and EE.

if you look at the chick photos on that website for the silver, thats what my chicks looked like. As teenagers, which yours appears to be, they now look pretty much like your posted photo. Althought mine have mostly white heads and are most likely EE's.
