4 week old Orpington. She won't put any weight on the leg, it feels hard and warm to the touch. She doesn't like me messing with it, but it doesn't seem to hurt her.

I am afraid that I can’t answer that. It may be swollen from an injury or joint infection. Have you witnessed any trauma to the leg? Has she always walked normally until now? I will post some info on how to determine if it is a slipped tendon, and how to try and put it in place to splint it, but you will have to figure out if that is the problem or something else. Here is a link about slipped tendons:

If it is due to trauma or a bad sprain, it would be best to force rest on the leg by confining her to a pen or dog crate with food and water secured.

She's been limping and isolated for about 10 days. I first noticed it the same day 1 of her brood mates was trampled so I think it might be an injury. She walked normally before that
The rest of her batch are in a bigger area and she's been isolated with just 1 friend but even her buddy is kind of too rough for her.

Her leg seems to be getting worse 😢

Thank you so much for the link!

It might be better to place her in a dog crate with food and water, and keep her with the flock, so that she has company, but no one hurts her. If a vet is possible that might give some insight if it is an injury or a joint infection. Does either ankle appear swollen?

What trampled your chicken?

No, not the ankle, but the thigh/hip area does. There's 2 hard bumps but only on 1 leg.
I have her a 2' × 3' kennel set up but I think I'm going to move it to where it's on the floor with her age mates, but she's in the kennel by herself. I'm also about to make her a chicken sling where she can hang out with me most of the day. day. I'm also going to get her some Epson salt and baby asprin so I can try to fix and wrap her leg tomorrow.
I just don't know what else to do for her. At first it was just a limp but now she doesn't want to put any weight on it at all. I think i messed up when I assumed the smallest chick was the best cage-mate.
I'm going to make some changes and hopefully it'll help her so I'm grateful for any advice or guidance.

They were 2 week old chicks, trampled by their brood mates. I had a couple more chicks in there than I normally have and should have moved them out sooner. They're all moved now though and haven't had any issues since.
