Splash has to come from Black and blue breeding.She is a white bird with some black specks although very pretty.

Yep, agreed, she is a white bird with black feathers. Does look splashy, doesn't she? Still, you must have blue in there to get a true splash, which is two copies of the blue gene.

Actually to be splash she would need to have either 2 blue parents or a splash parent and a blue, or two splashe parents.

Now, that's a thought, but would a blue cuckoo and a white produce a true splash? I don't "do" white genetics.

She's probably dominant white, which will leak black spots.
