Is this a welsh harlequin or saxony?

I got a suprise breed duckling about 2 months ago. It seemed like a welsh harlequin drake. I've never had welshes before, so not sure how their plumage develops. Do they start sort of pastel and then darken and become more rich/vibrant with maturity? Or will this guy stay more muted/pastel? Attatched is my 8 week drake and a pic of a welsh harlequin and a more pastel saxony.

He's a Welsh Harlequin.

He looks slightly lighter than normal to me. My drake was kinda dark, he had eye spots in his feathers across his back and tail, and a ring around his neck with dark shading over his chest. I actually had two drakes but one was supposed to be a female, even looked like one til the weather warmed up and then he grew in red chest feathers, curled tail feathers, and a green head.
