Is this chick a Welsummer? She's 6 weeks old.

Could be. There are a couple different breeds that look very similar in the juvenile plumage. Post again around 8 weeks and we should know for sure.

Could be a welsummer or brown leghorn.

I am leaning towards welsummer but as someone else mentioned, maybe post some more pics in a few more weeks. I thought the brown leghorns has more of a reddish tint to their breast feathers. It looks so much like my welsummer chicks when they were growing.
