Is this a Wheaten Ameraucana Rooster?

Can clearly see yellow skin through the dark wash on his legs. That, alone, is enough to disqualify him from being labeled Ameraucana. He's a beautiful partridge-type Easter Egger. He is not wheaten.

I dont even really know what Wheaten is?
In the picture it kinda looks yellow, but in person I cant even seen yellow, it looks more like dust in between the scales or whatever.
