Is this a wheaten maran?

Could The one on the left be a wheaten maran, or any suggestions?

Here's a pic of my Wheaten Marans pullets at what looks to be a similar age...the bird in question looks sort of wheaten-ish, but the leg color is off, and it looks to be clean legged, so I would guess probably not a Marans.

I agree with the leg colour but the other day I checked she did have a few random feathers on her legs, which made me believe she may be Maran...?

What type of comb is it? I can't tell from the pic...a few tufts of feathers on the legs may or may not be related to breed. I've had a couple of Orpingtons from imported lines that had a few tufts also, my understanding is that it is either an anomaly, or a remnant from when the breed was created. Certainly this bird could be a Marans that just doesn't fit the standard, but I think it's probably something like a Golden Comet.
