Is this a White Crested Blue Polish?

Is this a White Crested Blue Polish? That is what I was told anyway. If it is what would I get if I breed it with a White crested Black Polish? 50% of each color? Wouldn't it be a miracle if I were right? I have read lots of topics on here about genetics, but I just can not get it all straight.

The chick is only about 5 wks old.

Black x Blue will give you 50% black and 50% blue offspring.

ETA: You have a white crested blue polish. Bred to a black (unless polish genetics are OUT there), you should get a result of 50% black and 50% blue.
