Can you guys help me with this? Trying to decide if this is a worm in this egg yolk?

I have a flock of 11 and last month realized they had a lice/mite infestation. I treated with a powder, cleaned out coop etc and everyone seems to be better now. I still see some runny dark poop here and there and worry about worms. I have not seen any worms in poop. Is this a worm in this egg yolk?
During the last few weeks they have slowed egg laying, and 1 has a pasty butt, one is laying shell -less eggs ( even though feed and oyster shells provide plenty of calcium) so just wondering if the lice caused all this or if I should also worry about internal parasites? Any advice would be great.

Thanks!

No that is not a worm inside the egg.

Can you collect some fresh poop and have it tested by a vet for worm loads?

Usually you will not see worms in the poop until they are infested with them.

Ahhh Thank you guys all for the feedback. Yes I will try the poop test and see what it says. Also thank you for the egg clarification. I didn't know it could be the chalaza bc it was brown but am relieved !

I thought you were talking about the white string in the picture. Not the brown thing. I didn't read your first post carefully enough.
