Is this a worm? It’s green! Help!!!

I’ve never seen this before but we just lost one chicken in our flock yesterday. We had her seperated from the flock and now I’m seeing another chicken looking lethargic and she’s losing feathers left and right. She just pooped this out and I have no clue why it’s green or if this is a worm. Obviously she’s sick too! What can I do?!

Edit to add she’s a year old, haven’t seen her eat much of anything, and definitely off. She’s a crested cream legbar. I’ve tried probiotics and amprolium (corid).

I wouldn't quite yet until we can see the bird, but do you have any poultry vitamins like Nutridrench?

You can scramble some eggs, or open a can of tuna, & offer it to see if that's enticing enough for her to eat on her own.
