It was inside the egg, what can I treat it with, with minimal egg withdraw?
Flubendazole.
Administer by hand is best. Make up dosage in a solution. Soak a piece of bread in it and feed it to the chicken.
It may be called Flubenvet where you are.

@jaybirdsgrandma :welcome

Where are you located in the world? (state/country)
As the others in this thread have said, the worm in your photo is a appears to be a roundworm.

If you are in the US. Tractor Supply or a similar feed store should carry Wazine (Piperazine) and/or Fenbendazole (Safeguard). These will be the easiest to find.
Wazine treats roundworms only, while Fenbendazole is a broader spectrum dewormer.

Dosing information is on the bottle of Wazine. For Fenbendazole, the dosage is .23 ml per pound of weight given orally for 5 days in a row.

For withdrawal periods, do some research to find a timeline that you are comfortable with, most all dewormers are not labeled for use in poultry. Here's some information that you may find helpful.

@Wyorp Rock has kindly provided links for alternative products and where you may find them above.:)
My preference is for Flubendazole because it is licensed for use on poultry.
I get Flubendazole from the UK.
