No, it's not a worm. Looks like a lot of intestinal shedding.

Do you still have that?

Can you tell us what it feels like?
Can it be cut open?

Do you know which bird expelled that? If so, what is their age and behavior like?

When is the last time you dewormed your flock?

I agree with Wyorp Rock, it is very bloody intestinal shed. Answer the questions about age, their behavior, and worming. I would be tempted to worm with Valbazen or SafeGuard, as well as get them on treatment for coccidiosis. I would use a sulfa antibiotic or toltrazuril, but you can start with Corid since you will need to order one of the others online. Corid I would follow @Wyorp Rock ‘s advice if she thinks this is a good idea. Sometimes people use Corid and toltrazuril together if there is a strain of coccidia that is resistant or one of the bad strains that causes blood. Here is where to find toltrazuril (Baycox) online:
