I agree with Wyorp Rock, it is very bloody intestinal shed. Answer the questions about age, their behavior, and worming. I would be tempted to worm with Valbazen or SafeGuard, as well as get them on treatment for coccidiosis. I would use a sulfa antibiotic or toltrazuril, but you can start with Corid since you will need to order one of the others online. Corid I would follow @Wyorp Rock ‘s advice if she thinks this is a good idea. Sometimes people use Corid and toltrazuril together if there is a strain of coccidia that is resistant or one of the bad strains that causes blood.
