Is this a worm?

I have a very sick chicken with a very full, slow crop and who is hardly eating and drinking. (Someone on the post about her recommended posting this question separately. That thread is here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...ter-and-has-barely-eaten-for-3-weeks.1531032/ )

I started Safeguard yesterday.....and today she passed this but I can't tell if it is a worm or old plant material....can anyone tell, does anyone know?
I looked at it with a loop and then a crappy kids' microscope but couldn't tell.... it doesn't quite look like intestinal lining...
First, her watery dropping on my deck - see the diagonal thing on the left? That's it. Ignore the green on the right, that's a reflection of some leaves.

Then I placed a paper towel on it to take a better look. It stuck and here's what it looks like near a toothpick.

This worm may have been dead a long time internally and lost some of its creepy characteristics. Fresh worms will curl up and move, this looks like it has been in her gut a while so it looks like a plant, but it is a worm.

Also from the other photo in your thread, the white casing is very worm like. It looks like it could be worm fragments. The bubbles are convincing too, but the white casings are worm related.

I was asked to tag some poop inspectors when this was posted, so when I looked up the term used recently, I found @Shadrach and @LaFleche, so I guess I will include them. I've seen @coach723 knows cocci droppings, maybe worms, too? @rosemarythyme seems to know worms. @Eggcessive and @Wyorp Rock were following the other thread. I probably left people out, but just did a quick search. I see someone replied, and seems knowledgeable, but might as well ask for second opinions, since I have this ready...

As I said in the other thread. It looks like intestinal shedding. White in the green poop is urates.

Sorry, not overly familiar with worms overall. I can recognize roundworms and tapeworms, that's about it. Could be a partially digested roundworm but I can't be sure enough to say one way or another.

That is not a worm in the picture.

looks like tapeworm. rare in chickens but can happen. in my experience tapeworms don't move when animals expel them. I hope your chicken gets well.
