Is this Ameraucana Rooster behavior?

We picked this pullet up a few days ago from the breeder. She mentioned that she was almost certain she was a female, but because there was some red in her comb and some behaviors, she wasn't 100%, and she would refund me if it's a roo (our ordinance permits roosters). She is 10ish weeks old. So we noticed this chicken is very brave and also quite pushy to the pullet she is with. She is pretty tame, but will bite at my hand sometimes, and is pretty spazzy. I see her kind of fly at the other pullet quite a bit and when my corgi put his face in the coop, she/he went right up to the corgi with no fear.

So now we are concerned she is a bullyish rooster. What do you all think? I'm extremely new at this! Thank you for any input!

Ok, thank you for the responses! We had named her Mabel, and my husband started calling her Michael because he was sure that behavior was a rooster (he also has zero chicken experience until now).

I would guess pullet too. I think Ameraucana are tricky and can be difficult to sex until 12-15 weeks when adult feathers come in. Chickens really don't like change, hopefully it will calm down in a few more days when it gets used to you & it's new companion and they work out their pecking order.
