Is this an acceptable place for backyard chickens?

Im not that new to backyard chicken farming but I would like to know if it would be ok to make my coop here or if there are things I need to fix.

Also im planning on having the shed as the coop.

Hi and welcome to BYC - great to have you onboard. I also use a shed as a coop. As long as there's adequate ventilation, roost poles and nests all should be well. I'd suggest posting your question on the "Coop and Run, design and maintenance" section for more detailed advice.

Does your city or town allow chickens? It's always best to find that out first. The shed looks like it's going to need a lot of work to make it a coop for chickens.
