We have 6 chickens and trying to figure out each breed and gender.

Is this an Ameraucana Hen?

Looks like a hen to me. How old is she? Does she have a straight comb or pea comb? Are her legs blue or green? Looks like she could be a white Ameraucana to me.

Unless you got your pullet from an Ameracauna breeder, she is probably an EE. (We LOVE our EE's since they're so friendly & personable) Hope this helps!

I agree with her being an EE. I'm looking into becoming an Ameracauna breeder myself and I just got myself 6 eggs in the bator. I pick up 6 more in a couple days from really good bloodlines! I'm super excited!

I'm hoping to eventually produce some really nice pure Ameracauna's in the future. Not only do I want nice looking hens, I want darker blue eggs.

EE's are mixed, but again if it wasn't an Ameraucana Breeder, I'd say EE
