Is this an easter egger?

I was given this lovely lady and told she was an iowa blue... (I cannot find any Iowa blue that looks like this). she is 6 months old and hasn't begun laying yet. Does anyone know what she is?

Thank you everyone! I truly appreciate the help. Oh my goodness! That would explain a lot! Rocky, my barred rock roo isn't overly friendly with the EE. They were raised together so I hope they will continue to get along.
