If you're asking, is being larger a sign of gender, then no. If any gendered size difference exists in chicks, it's often the males being smaller than the females, but later on overtaking them after the onset of puberty.

Bit too early to say for sure especially since the breed is not quite confirmed, but I don't see any male comb development there. Fingers crossed it's a pullet! Well, that is, if you aren't able to keep boys where you are.
