Is this Angel Wing?

All 22 girls born 8/31 have wings like this. I thought it was feathers sprouting, but now I think it’s angel wing! And with a full time job and a baby, I know I can’t rehab them if that’s what this is. Any idea? I’m in NC on the TN border if that’s what it is and you want to help me find someone to rescue them because I know i just can’t give 22 babies what they deserve.

Yes, the blue “ink pen” look is worrying me.

Those are pin feathers, normal with all birds. If they are dropping down slightly, that is also normal, just indicates the "pin feathers' are full of blood, and the bird is having a hard time holding the up.

So you think that’s what it is? Another person said it’s the pin feathers.
