Those are pin feathers, normal with all birds. If they are dropping down slightly, that is also normal, just indicates the "pin feathers' are full of blood, and the bird is having a hard time holding the up.

So you think that’s what it is? Another person said it’s the pin feathers.

No it's not AW at this stage of growth, but can change to AW as the feathers out. I just wanted to send you a great link in case you need to address AW at some point.
