Is this apart of the molting process.

Hello I’m new to owning turkeys and I’ve had this from about a week an a half old it’s goin on almost three months now what’s the best way to fix this or is this apart of the molting process might just be a missing feather.
It has been fed purina game feed starter then about 8 weeks or so switched to an all flock with my chickens. I’ve raised chickens before for a while but never experienced it with them.

Normal development as it is starting to get some adult feathers.
