I prefer plain water for my chickens. Let us know how she gets along.

Thank you for responding. The neck is hanging but not full looking. An inspection inside the beak showed no sour or impacted food. She is still weak. She is still separated in a cage and being fed and watered daily with clean water, nothing added and she is eating. I did offer to let her out and she did fly out for a few moments while I fed the others, but didn't approach the others and when I went to pick her up, she was too weak to resist too much, which normally I can't easily catch any of them. I was considering adding an antibiotic to the water as I have already tried a week or two of iodine drops added and a week or two of apple cider vinegar. No veternarians look at poultry around here. I would like a diagnosis for my own knowledge, but that's not possible. I have considered and may still cull her as I do not believe she will make the winter months to come. I may still try an antibiotic first.
Very helpful. Thank you. It was such a nice day today and the leaves have fallen in the back that I allowed her to free range. She's not hard to catch now and I want her to at least enjoy her final days. I may try that amox and thanks for the website.Sorry that she is not doing well. If you want to try an antibiotic, amoxicillin is available as Aqua Mox online. Dosage is 250 mg twice a day for 10 days. Also Baytril (enrofloxacin) can be found for pigeons. Dosage of the 10% liquid is 0.05 ml per pound given twice a day for 5 days.

If you do cull her, it might be helpful to have your state vet perform a necropsy to look for what was wrong. They receive bodies on M-F and they do tissue testing and cultures as well as the necropsy (autopsy.) This list below has most state vets to contact for more information:
