Saw this baby chick hatching and noticed blood. Is this bad or is this normal? I saw it breathing and turned its head

Did you try to assist? This doesn't look great, I'd leave it alone, don't touch it at all.
Did you find the egg like that, or did you pull back the membrane and shell?
