Is this bantam a cochin? Or something else?

Possibly a d'Uccle? I think it's safe to say he's a boy. Only 3 weeks old, and look at that comb!

Brahmas have pea combs. I can't tell if the chick has beard/muffs or not. If it does, then I'm guessing white D'Uccle. If not, then he's a Cochin.

Does that look like a beard and muffs to you? He's puffier around his face than most of my other chicks, but not nearly as puffy as the Easter Eggers I got.

I think I really lucked out on chicks this year. I got way too many straight run birds, especially bantams, and so far they seem to be mostly girls! But he is the only d'Uccle I got. I will have to rehome him.

I have too many roos, even with my luck.

Thanks! I was really suspecting he was a d'Uccle. He's just not shaped quite like my other cochins.

He's possibly a golden neck D'Uccle then. Very pretty birds. You'll see more of the buff color coming out if he is.
