Is this Barred Rock a pullet?

What breed is this

Either White Rock, if it develops red earlobes; or White Leghorn, if it develops white earlobes.

This one is a Cuckoo Marans pullet.

Because of the feathered legs? I thought that was a little weird. It was the only one with feathers.

That, and if you notice, the Barred Rock has yellow skin under the dark 'wash' of the legs and the Marans has pink/white skin.
