Is this a BCM.. just curious because she somewhat has puffy feathered cheeks - her egg is on the right the dark speckled.

I agree with the above. Her collar isn't quite right-too much black-and the cheek muffs shouldn't be there. I have had a golden cuckoo marans who laid speckled eggs but the speckles were very dark.

So hypothetically if I crossed with a BCM roo.. the eggs would get darker?

She is a EE that is crossed with a BCM.

I am not a genetics expert but I know the dark egg gene is recessive so I am inclined to think it wouldn't. Every BCM cross I've had has laid regular brown eggs when crossed with something that lays regular brown eggs. I think mine were crossed with polish but I can't remember for sure. If you crossed her with an Ameracauna rooster you might get an olive egger though. I have one of those in my flock right now that just started laying.
