Is this beautiful chook a rooster?

I have 5 chooks (3x isa browns, 1 silky, 1 black mix). and were told that they were hens. This particular one seems a lot different to my isa browns and silky.
It acts differently. It hasn't started laying or crowing. I think it is about 30weeks old.

Please help.
I don't want it to end up on a plate, but we can't keep it if it crows.
