Is this bird flu? Please help!

Hey everyone,
My Buff Orpington rooster suddenly got ill around 3 days ago. He was acting normal the night before and then became lethargic and decreasing in appetite. Now 3 days later, he has stopped eating and still acts lethargic but will still walk, move around, flap his wings etc… he also seems like he is struggling to breathe, gasping occasionally and slight gurgling/rattling sounds. His face is not swollen, he is drinking, poop is yellowish and watery, no mites or lice, none of the other chicks or chickens are experiencing these symptoms, just him. I also noticed a tiny bit of redness or purpleness on the side of his legs, not a lot tho. I treated the entire flock with corid just in case it was early signs of coccidiosis however no improvements. Please note that my flock does have MG disease. Any advice would be appreciated. The Bird flu has been making me paranoid. Thanks!

Yes, he is experiencing lethargy and some difficulty breathing and not eating much.

We haven’t wormed him yet because he’s still young and spends majority of the time indoors.
Can you get photos of his poop?

Treating for Coccidiosis won't hurt, be sure to finish the course of treatment. I've included dosing below in case you need it.

You have MG in your flock. How do you normally address symptoms when you have a flare up. Tylosin, Tiamulin (Denagard/Tiagard) or?
It's hard to tell if that's food/debris or mucous on his nare and the edge of the beak. If it's dried mucous/discharge, then I'd go ahead and treat symptoms of MG in addition to finishing the Corid.
His eye and sinus has a slight sunken look to them which sometimes you may see at the beginning of respiratory illness. Of course, some of it could be lighting, but check him out again.

The gurling and rattling may also indicate early onset MG, but I'd check his crop to make sure it's emptying overnight and look inside the beak for lesions or canker.

Leg and comb color look normal to me for a BO.

How old is he and what is fed? I may have missed that.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.
