mine is 27 week and still not start laying

It's unusual for them to be that late laying, but it can happen. Most of mine started laying from 20-24 weeks, but a few of them have laid a little earlier and occasionally I had one that was as late as 26-27 weeks before she started laying. I'm not sure what your set up is, but you should probably make a thorough search around the outside of your coop and make certain that she's not laying in a hidden nest somewhere out there. Sometimes hen owners think that their hen is not laying only to find a clutch hidden somewhere (sometimes at a considerable distance) from the nests in the coop. Good luck in getting eggs from her.
