I am new to having chickens and i know that food can change the color of their poop. And that food can take up to 24 hrs to empty into the stomach. I feed them a whole tomato and some other treats on the 18th and today i am noticing red in their poop and its really watery. Is this blood in their poop? And will zucchini and cucumber and lettuce and sweet peppers cause water poop? I am also not sure if its just one bird or multiple but i do know multiple have watery poop.

5 are 10 weeks today and 2 are about 12 weeks. I normally just give them their feed but this last week i started giving them treats of veggies daily. And i am in otis oregon orher wise known as lincoln city oregon. And they have grit out for them all the time and they have little pebbles around they can get to also but i switched they to poulty grit about 2 weeks about and i stopped putting the chick grit out and it doesnt look like they have really touched it but maybe it just doesnt disappear as fast cause its bigger peices so they dont need as much and they are getting it from around the run. I am not sure

What's the poop like this morning?

The veggies could cause watery stool along with summer heat since they will drink more too.
The color, I'm just not sure about. Could be your feed. I would try to get a good look at the morning droppings left under the roost. Take photos. Post some, but photos are very helpful for your own daily monitoring - they come in handy when you need to make comparisons - use them as a reference.
