Is this blue laced red Wyandotte chick a roo?

I'm extremely suspicious this BLRW chick is a roo. It's ~4 weeks, which I know is 2-5 weeks too early to easily tell for sure, but I just got another one of its hatchmates and the 2nd BLRW with the same hatch date is generally more fully feathered, has a much longer tail (the one pictured has no tail in comparison), and has a smaller comb.

The pictured chick's comb feels relatively wide and pink for 4 weeks (although I totally get pea combs are harder to sex). I'm also suspicious of that big red patch of feathers on its shoulders, although I also know this is difficult to determine genetically for BLRW 😅

I don't currently have any pictures of the 2nd BLRW hatchmate for comparison unfortunately - I may be able to get some tomorrow if it's more active.

Too young. Also, it’s Golden Laced, but Blue Laced Red.

Wait a few more weeks. The patches could just be wonky juvenile feathers. Rose combs tend to redden up early, so I wouldn't be too worried about it if it does rosy up.

The Wyandotte should be approximately 5-6 weeks old now. Thoughts?

Its comb did end up getting larger and redder, just IMO. It feathered out more and it has more of a tail now, but in comparison its hatchmate next to it has more feathers (including feathers on its head, which the maybe-roo has none of).

100% rooster

Looks like a cockerel to me as well.

Thanks y'all!

For context, the local breeder I bought this chick from has a return policy on roosters, so I'll likely shoot them a text with these photos and if they agree it's a roo I'll be returning it. I probably won't have any update pictures if so, apologies!

Behaviorally, I'm also not fond of this particular chick (it pecks every other chick that comes near it on the top of the head repeatedly - not sure if that's a rooster thing) so I won't really be heartbroken to see it go.
