Is this blue silkie a boy?

I'm not sure if it's too early to tell, 13 weeks old
Quite a bit bigger than my other blue silkie that we got at the same time.
Kind of a bold personality as far as I can tell but it's my first time having chickens

Pullet in my opinion, however I am not very good with silkies.
