Is this broody or not???

[I have WHAT in my yard?]

OK I have a hen that is supposed to be nine months old! I think the estimate is WAAAy off. But, we've had her since July and no eggs.

Recently our roo started taking after her and now she's keeping away from the flock.

She found a shelf in the garage and started hunkering down in there scratching like she's taking a dust bath, but there's nothing there. Then she goes back to wandering around picking up bugs.

Broody or just a goofy chicken?

Goofy hen. If she was broody the only way you could get her off a nest is to take her off.

Goofy, and doesnt appreciate the roos advances thus the keeping to herself attitude.
