Is this budgie male or female

THE FIRST PHOTO ONLY IS WHEN HE was 6 weeks old full pink purply cere all over.




tHE OTHER THREE PICTURES
He is now three months of age and cHanging feathers.
He is getting lite blue around the nostrils and underneath is getting more darker blue with bit of pink/brown still showing in patches.


Please tell me what gender he is.

Even though in adults the males tend to have dark blue ceres, I've always heard the blue coming in early means female. At three months with a light blue tint to the cere, I'm leaning toward female. Males generally will stay pink or purple until they hit puberty (closer to six months).

also when i felt underneath on his tummy there was two bones they did not meet each other and there was a small gap in between, I just really want to be sure because i want to get it a mate
