Can you post pictures of the bottom of the foot?
Bumblefoot usually enters on the foot pad through an abrasion. This looks more like gout to me.
I was thinking the same thing, no abrasions i give them a lot of fruit and veggies everyday probably too much you think that could be it?
 
Gout, whether visceral or articular are usually from excess calcium (visceral) or excess protein (articular). I don't think feeding a lot of fruit and veggies would lead to articular gout depending on what makes up the rest of the diet.
At what age did your bird start being fed layer feed and what time of year was that?

Started being fed at 18 weeks they were hatched November first, i do give them a handful of meal worms also per day and she usually eats the majority that could be it, you think cutting down on the protein from meal worms will help?
