@Pcuda , for the foot that had stringy stuff, some bumbles are like that rather than a solid core. The kind with stringy stuff can be much harder to get rid of, the strings may tunnel into the foot and be hard to get cleaned out, causing the bumble to keep recurring or not heal up. I had very good results using sugardine on that type, simple, inexpensive, and quite effective. This thread, post #8, I explain how I did it (a picture of the healing foot), and there is a video on sugardine. Sugardine is just plain white sugar mixed with betadine.

I typically by it, I use the Herb Pharm brand. I have looked into making it though! It sounds so neat.
