Is this bumblefoot?

Hello! Today my daughter and I were doing checks on the chickens - she holds each one and I take a check on their eyes, ears, comb/wattles, beak, then feet, then vent, just to make sure they're doing well.

Tyra is a 1 year old black australorp hen. Noticed small black spots on both feet, looked like a small scab, is this bumblefoot? Do I need to do the whole foot surgery thing on her?

I would hold off doing minor surgery because there's minimal swelling and minimal redness.
Sometimes they disappear on their own, check her footpad every 3 days until it disappears or swelling/redness increases, then go from there.
