Is this bumblefoot

Is this the beginning of bumblefoot? There's no "core" it's just a flat sore. I noticed it the other day and it was kind of a black flaking piece of skin and this was under it. I'm definitely thinking it's getting worse slowly. Or atleast redder. What should I do? Sorry for the bad photo..chickens

Yes, that is VERY minor bumble foot. You can wrap her foot in Vetrycin, and Neosporin for a week and she should be healed up nice! Good job checking!

No problem! You did a great job of catching it early! She will heal up soon, and quick! And don't worry about separating in a crate or anything, you can leave her withe the flock, as long as she can take her wraps off and get the area dirty. Good job, and good luck! Avery
