Is this bumblefoot?

She may lose that toe in spite of your efforts. Her immune system may be working at cross purposes with the treatment she's getting. If her system is walling off the infection by decreasing blood supply to the toe, healing of the tissue will not be possible.

Just understand that what's happening is how chickens are designed and has nothing to do with the quality of your care.

What to do? Just keep the foot as clean as you can, and be prepared for the toe to lose its blood supply, turn black and fall off.
Yeah, that’s what I was worried it was doing. She’s perching fine with her foot wrapped, so I don’t think losing her back toe will take too long for her to adjust to. I rather her not lose it, though. It definitely looks like it’s swelling back up from last time.

Okay, sorry for no updates. I actually think it looks better than it did last time. I felt like the way I was wrapping it originally was cutting off the blood flow, so I changed wrapping methods. I’m also treating her by myself this time, so it’s hard to get proper pictures. Some pictures are before and after I removed the scab. It looks loads better, honestly. I hope she doesn’t lose her toe and heals up nicely.
