Is this Bumblefoot?

Miss Marple has been limping for a few days. Is this Bumblefoot, and if so, should we try to cut it out?

Looks like it. I would soak her feet in warm Epsom salt water and then pull the scab off, and yes its possible that it will need surgery, but it will depend on how bad it is on the inside
