Is this chick frizzled?

My guess would be that the extra ones might’ve had some other colors in them. Like I also bought some lavender silkie eggs and was told the extra ones were white.

The chick doesn't have leakage. It's normal juvenile plumage going on.

Normal for juvenile plumage for black chicks. White goes away as they get older.

You're welcome. Some black chicks won't get the white, but most often they do.

There are a couple others in the batch that I wonder about color wise. It would be cool if they were different but I’m good with healthy chicks and so far they’re all that.

It’s the only ones whose feathers are coming in sticking out like that. And what color is it? It should be blue, black or splash.

So cute i have one that looks very similar! My daughter and I are hoping she () is a frizzle. I hope to see an update
