My D'anver has not crowed and has as far as I know not layed an egg...but it could lay it is just mixed in with other bantams so maybe

Yes, looks like it definitely has RIR. It is a pullet, I don't think a hen yet. It doesn't look to be a year old yet. How old is it?While there were Rhode Island Reds with the D'anvers I had a hen and roos of booth breeds out there. I think that it is a D'anver hen that layed her eggs but it was Rhode Island Red hen that hatched and raised the chick but I don't know that it is a full D'anver

Edit to add: RIR's have yellow legs and it doesn't. But, it doesn't look like pure D'anver to me either.
