Is this chicken a rooster?

This is Toto and I was curious if anyone can tell me if they think she is a rooster. She or he is about 3 months old and has started crowing the last couple mornings at 5:30.
i really dont want to get rid of this one its actually very sweet but the only way she doesnt crow is if i sit outside every morning. its getting old, is there anything i can do to make it stop crowing?

Blurry photo, but it looks like a male, and if it's crowing there's a great chance it is, lol. Caponizing can stop them crowing sometimes, but no guarantee. Search for caponizing threads to see if that's something you'd consider.

VERY PRETTY ONE FOR SURE....Most likely a rooster if it crows.Ive heard hens can crow but i dont think its the norm more unusual
Not much you can do but feed him or threw out some treats for him to work on .... Cant crow and eat at the same time.LOL They do seem to be like dogs, crow for attention Mine crow if they are hungry or thirsty.
Use to crow if i came out at night when they were already asleep in their coop and heard me but they dont now.
The one good thing is it drives you nuts at first but like traffic noise eventually you wont notice it
