Is this chicken obese?

So I am not sure if she is obese, but if she is, is it a problem? I know you can't really tell from the pic, but she is starting to get slow, she can barely perch, and when she runs from me she lifts her legs up high. She is 4 to 5 months old. She was sold sapphire gem, though I think she may be a blue JG.

Just looks fluffy.

You check for fatness by feeling her breasts, & abdomen area. Fat feels squishy.
