Did you get testing done for Coccidiosis?

Are you treating with Corid or another medication?

The poop does have a bit of mucous in it, could be Coccidiosis or if only a one time poop, then just a watery mucous poop with urates.

How are the chicks behaving? I would not separate chicks unless one is getting picked on or trampled. Treat all chicks that live together with your Coccidiostat.

i haven't gotten testing done but there were these other 2 chicks that had ALL of the signs of coccidiosis + gasping for air, unfortunately those chicks died because i thought it was a respiratory issue but i noticed it slowly started to spread to a 3rd chick(i have seperated because somewhere i read said i should do that, ill probably move it back in tho because you dont recommend it)and thats when i learned about coccidiosis. i ordered corid and its arriving tomorrow morning so treatment will begin tomorrow. the other chicks are still pretty active, this picture is one of the active chicks droppings.
i started with 5 chicks and so far have 3 if the really sick one doesn’t die tonight

What's the really sick one's symptoms?
Gasping?
Is she able to eat/drink?
What's the temperature in the brooder on the warm and cool side?
Photos of your brooder may be helpful.

How old are they?

It would be good to get the medication started when you get it. Here's dosing if you don't have that information:

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

The really sick ones symptoms so far is watery poop, ruffled or puffed up feathers, droopy posture and wings, dull/ glazed eyes, depression, loss of appetite, not feeding. i've been offering water with a spoon and watered down food

they are 4 weeks old, i got them transported to florida from KY and they lowkey looked sick when i got them.

Thank you for the dosing information

picture of brooder(sorry not a good ones) its a large dog transport crate with a rent a coop heat plate, not sure of temperature sorry
these pictures were taken when all were alive so you can probably see the sick ones that died somewhere there.

im going to send you a link of what the gasping sounded and looked like on my next comment

They are adorable.

Poor thing!!
Do you see more gasping like that now? If so, I'd try treating with an antibiotic like Tylosin.

They should be getting enough ventilation in the crate, but at that age, it may be time to start thinking about them going outside to wherever you are going to keep them (coop/run)?

i know right, i hate that i couldn’t help them. i treated them all with doxy tyl at one point.
with this one, i do not so far. i have noticed they only begin gasping when there time comes to an end tho.
oh really? would they need any heat? im planning on keeping them in a XXL dog crate inside of my secured coop run thing (i honestly do not know what my coop is its weird) or Integrating them into my mini “flock” only if there all girls

That's a good combo of medication. Sometimes even with medication, birds just don't make it.

Do you have photos of your coop? How old are the other chickens you have?

Integration can be a bit tricky at times, are the others Silkies or Large Fowl?
