Is this Cocci? Worms? Foul Pox?? What is going on?

Ok...I lied! She's back! After a day she came wandering up! Still no eggs yet...at least that I can find, and I'm waiting until I see a good egg, or normal poo to put her back in with the others. She's been on Corid now (1t. per 1/2 gallon water) for 2 days (hopefully she's mostly drinking out of her bowl and not the puddles!) and she keeps looking better and better! Her legs looked darker than they did yesterday, her wattles are still a little pale and her comb is still too limp for my taste, but the black spots are getting smaller and she's looking much more lively! SO thankful!

Ok, I just put her in the coop with the others as we'd had some rough weather and she's been on the Corid now for 6 days, however now I'm noticing she's not eating much, still hasn't put on all her weight, and she isolates herself from the others and kinda ruffles her feathers and tucks herself into them, also no blood but her stool is now real watery and colorless (as far as I can tell), also still no eggs!! I should mention too that I dunked them all in Permethrin water (4 gal water to 2.5oz 10% Permetherin) day before yesterday.

The others seem mostly ok, other than some majorly bright green poo (looks like relish from a squeeze bottle)...I went to the feed store yesterday to ask a professional and the owner thought it could have to do with feed contamination and them not being outside their run ( they're about 4 months old), so today I let them free range for an hour or so (before the rain started again) and put them back on their old feed. Could the greeen poo from the others be a symptom of anything, or maybe just heat (90+ here)?

Green poo sometimes is from not eating, or from certain things they have eaten. How long are you giving the Corid? I think most recommend 5 days, but I wouldn't give it more than 7 days.

Oops...I read somewhere on here yo give it for 7 days!!! I won't give anymore then...everyone but the main hen is eating well, she wont eat anything but what she finds in the yard or around the floor by the feeder. It must be the feed possibly then! Maybe tomorrow we'll have some better poos from the flock.

No other medication should be used when treating for cocci. Green poop is usually an indication of not eating(other than eating grass clippings, etc). Make sure she is eating/drinking,yes the heat can be an issue. She still isn't feeling well judging by how she is acting. Stop Corid, give her some vitamins, the two medications together may be too much for her. Give some of her favorite foods,to encourage her to eat.

Thanks so much!! I don't know why but it didn't occur to me that Permethrin could be absorbed through the skin!! Duh!!! I'll try the vitamins...she's still not eating chicken food or any treats I bring...I may have to catch her...

Update: She looks very well these last couple days...the only thing I found she would eat were eggs! So I cooked some up for her and shooed the others away, Yesterday morning she had her first normal poop in over 2 weeks and she started eating chicken food today !

Looks like she's going to make it! Thanks for all the support, today she even acted like she may lay an egg! Hopefully so, it's been over 2 weeks and I don't want her to get impacted or anything! Thank you for the help!

An update: a month now and still no eggs! Is it possible that she won't lay again...not that I'd blame her! She's started yesterday acting her bossy self again and looks better every day! Amazing that they can bounce back! Treating them all for worms now, just with some garlic and cayenne as I've not seen any real evidence of an infestation, just ruling that out as she's not laying yet!
