It’s really hard to, as she either poops rarely, or we don’t see her. But she does have a green colored diarrhea, if that helpsYou post a photo of the poop?
Right now we have separated her, and when she was with the others, she was all by herself because of this sickness. The first 3 photos were taken 2 weeks ago, and the last 3 we taken a week ago. If she wasn’t sick, she loved to stay with the other chickens, but she still does follow me around. She tries, but she’s slow. She is a beautiful girl. Is she staying with the flock or is she more solo? How recent are your photos?
Some great minds were tagged so let's see what they have to say.
Her crop (yesterday afternoon) was 98% empty. She was eating a bit of her food and some grass, but not much. She hasn’t layed in at least 2-3 days. She is walking like a normal chicken would, but really slow. We give her 16% protein Pellet things, some cracked corn. Thanks what we usually give the chickens, but we gave her some game bird food as well. Usually our chickens love game bird food. She does not look disheveled, her feathers are of good condition. Have you checked her crop? Is she laying regular? Has she laid lately? How is she walking? Normal? Well? Or slow and labored or penguin-ish? How's her food intake? How the flock dynamics?
If I do the calcium, what if she doesn’t eat it? She did lose most of her appetite…Well, I think we are a little closer to what ails her. I'd stop the cracked seed/corn. Stick to a layer or all flock with oyster on the side.
If it were me.... i'd give her some crushed calcium on a small piece of fruit or a little bit oats. Tums, or people calcium works. Then I'd give her a warm soak with Epsom salt for as close to 20 minutes as I could get, gently massaging her under belly. Feel if it is hard or swollen.
I'd also put a gloved small finger coated with coco oil or similar GENTLY up her vent 2" to feel for an egg.
