I would keep a close eye on them--my chicks had poo that looked like that on and off for a week and then I started seeing completely bloody poops. I have used Sulmet in previous chicks and it hasn't worked well. I use amprolium/Corid. The only store I could find it at here (in KY) was Southern States for $15. If the chicks are lethargic, then get a little syringe and give them the water every few hours for a couple days until they perk up a bit!
